How should we use debates on Better 758?

This sample debate shows how the Debates section works. A debate is a place to raise a public question, explain different sides of an issue, and invite respectful discussion before anyone turns the idea into a proposal or action. For example, use a debate to ask what community problem should we focus on first, what solution would be fair, who would be affected, and what information we still need.
